Return Process\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our support team via email (support@rinjoix.com) with your order number and reason for return.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive a\u00a0<strong>Return Authorization (RA) number<\/strong>\u00a0and return address from our team (valid for 7 days).\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship the item(s) back (please include the RA number on the package).\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Refund &amp; Exchange Details\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong>: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
