We aim to make returns/exchanges simple for our customers. Please note the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized items (if applicable) and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email ([email protected]) with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address from our team (valid for 7 days).
- Ship the item(s) back (please include the RA number on the package).
3. Refund & Exchange Details
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement item once we confirm receipt of the returned goods (exchanges are subject to stock availability).
- Shipping Costs:
- We cover return shipping fees if the item is defective or incorrect (provide photos for verification).
- Customers bear shipping fees for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size, style change).
4. Exceptions
- Items damaged by improper use or washing are not eligible for returns.
