Returns Policy

We aim to make returns/exchanges simple for our customers. Please note the following guidelines:​

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges​

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.​
  • Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.​
  • Customized items (if applicable) and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.​

2. Return Process​

  1. Contact our support team via email ([email protected]) with your order number and reason for return.​
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address from our team (valid for 7 days).​
  3. Ship the item(s) back (please include the RA number on the package).​

3. Refund & Exchange Details​

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.​
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement item once we confirm receipt of the returned goods (exchanges are subject to stock availability).​
  • Shipping Costs:​
  • We cover return shipping fees if the item is defective or incorrect (provide photos for verification).​
  • Customers bear shipping fees for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size, style change).​

4. Exceptions​

  • Items damaged by improper use or washing are not eligible for returns.​
